@Thomas Troy  6mm is a lot harder to bend than 4mm so it might be hard to get it in the right curve.

Macbeath's in Salt Lake City has okoume in 3 mm and 6 mm. Aside from the weight consideration, is there any reason not to use 6 mm for the decking instead of 4 mm? Thank you!
