Shipping

We ship our products around the world.  Plans and accessories can be shipped internationally as can some kits, and all products (including all kits) can be shipped to continental continental United States and Canada excluding the Territories.

We pay all brokerage and duty fees for shipments in Canada and the US. We do not charge taxes for US and International customers. International customers are responsible for paying the taxes, duty and brokerage fees due in their country. 

Shipping Kits

The kits are shipping by courier and are generally delivered to your front door by a large truck. Boat kits are packaged in 2 to 4 large reinforced boxes, and weigh on average 20 to 40 pounds each. All kits are carefully packaged with padding and support to ensure that they reach you in the same condition they leave us. You will receive a tracking number so you always know where the package is and when it is expected to arrive.

Shipping Accessories

Boat plans are shipped in a reinforced tube that ensures they reach you in perfect condition. Accessories, books, and DVDs are packaged with appropriate padding in boxes and enveloped.

Shipping Rates - Continental United States and Canada excluding the Territories

Most shipping rates are calculated automatically by our shipping provider. For some of the large boat kits, you will be prompted to contact us so that we can provide you with a rate.

Shipping Rates - International and Other Regions in Canada and the US

Shipping rates for plans and accessories are calculated automatically.  We also ship most kits to non-continental US states and Canadian Territories. We ship smaller kits such as the Sliding Seat & Rigger Kit or Oar Kit internationally. To find out whether we can ship to you and the shipping fee please contact us for a quote.
